Getting started in Mech Tower Defense

This offline sci-fi tower defense game for Android lets you build a mech squad, choose talents, and defend against alien waves. Start with the regular missions to learn the interaction between placements, tower types, and upgrades.

1. Read the enemy route

Look at the marked route before deploying. Check the range shown for your selected tower and choose a placement that lets it attack enemies along the path. Range, available spaces, and the direction of the route all matter.

2. Watch what gets through

After a wave, notice where your defense struggled. Are enemies passing one section too quickly? Is a tower spending much of the wave without a target? Use those observations when choosing your next placement or upgrade.

3. Choose talents for the squad you have

Read each talent description when the choices appear. Consider what helps your current formation and what complements your existing upgrades. A talent choice is part of the strategy for that run.

4. Check progression between battles

Visit the equipment and upgrade systems between missions. Review the resources required and the effect of a change before committing. Learn one system at a time rather than spending everything immediately.

5. Explore different regions

The game includes distinct campaign regions with wave-based missions. New environments offer a reason to reconsider your placements and squad. Learn the regular missions before comparing them with other available modes.
